New Appointment Brings More Than 20 Years’ Accounting, Finance and Capital Markets Expertise to Company’s Management Team
Orbital Tracking Corp., announced today that it has named Theresa Carlise as its new Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Carlise joins Orbital Tracking Corp. from FTE Networks, a leading provider of infrastructure services for the telecommunications and wireless sector where she served as CFO and director. Carlise brings over 20 years of experience in strategic and tactical financial management with strong qualifications in all areas of accounting, financial analysis, reporting and planning gained at both publically traded and private companies.

Prior to FTE Networks, Carlise served as a CEO, CFO and director of Control System & Instrumentation (CSI) Consultants, which provided information technology consulting and system design to the industrial and manufacturing sectors and as CFO and director of Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc., a developer of passenger rail transportation and related ancillary services. Theresa also served as CFO at Shearson Financial Network, Inc., and as chief financial officer, senior vice president and director at National Record Mart, Inc.
Ms. Carlise holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
